What shipping methods are available?
At Alina’s Tailoring, we use reliable and fast shipping services for all orders within the United States.
- Shipping Fee: $8.00 per order
- Shipping Area: United States only
Please note that we are currently unable to ship to US military bases (APO/FPO addresses). We apologize for any inconvenience.
How long will it take to receive my package?
Orders are typically delivered within 5–8 business days within the United States.
Delays may occur during:
- Peak seasons
- Holidays
- Unexpected carrier issues
A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has been shipped.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, Alina’s Tailoring only ships within the United States.
We currently do not offer international shipping.
What payment methods are accepted?
We currently accept PayPal as our secure payment method.
You will be redirected to PayPal to complete your purchase safely using:
- Your PayPal account
- Supported credit or debit cards
Is buying online safe?
Yes. Your security and privacy are very important to us.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties.
All transactions are processed through secure payment gateways and handled according to our Privacy Policy.
Can I change my order?
Unfortunately, orders cannot be modified once they are placed.
Before completing your purchase, please ensure:
- Product selection is correct
- Size or specifications are accurate
- Shipping address is correct
- Quantity is correct
We cannot guarantee any changes after order confirmation.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placing the order.
After this period, the order may already be processed or shipped and cannot be canceled.

- A 10% cancellation fee will be applied

Can I return or request a refund for my order?
Yes. Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Exceptions apply if the item is damaged or incorrect

What is the return policy timeframe?
Our return policy is valid for 30 days after delivery.
After 30 days, the order will be considered accepted and no returns or refunds will be issued.
I haven’t received my package. What should I do?
If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package:
- Check around your home or mailbox
- Ask neighbors or household members
- Contact the shipping carrier
