Processing Time

All orders placed on https://alinastailoring.com/ require 1–2 business days for processing before shipment.

During this time, our team carefully prepares, inspects, and packages your order to ensure it meets our quality standards.

  • If your order has not been shipped yet, it is still being processed
  • In case of delays or unusual circumstances, we will notify you via email

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery.

  • If the package is confirmed lost by the carrier, a full refund will be issued
  • For delayed shipments, our support team typically responds within 24–48 hours
